El bar de enfrente.

El aire no enfria. El día anterior a llegada indica que no se puede usar el wc de sótano ante la queja en la segunda noche dice que si pero como es triturador se atacará . Ventilador habitación requiere escalera para encender. Falta mantenimiento y limpieza en aseos .. con visitante inesperado...:)

Eine sehr grosszügige Wohnung. Ausgestattet mit alkem was man braucht. Uns hat dort nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafcouch ist bequem. Ein Gemüseladen ist gleich gegenüber für Wasser und Obst mal schnell, ansonsten Aldi ist auch nicht weit fussläufig. Die Altstadt ist schon ein grössere Spaziergang., aber sportlich machbar.

Das Schloss war defekt und wir konnten nicht in die Wohnung. Über zwei Stunden lang mussten wir mitten in der Nacht auf der Straße warten, bis endlich jemand kam. Meine Beschwerde richtet sich an die Telefonzentrale in Madrid, da wir dort viermal anrufen mussten und jedes Mal alles von vorne erklären mussten. Dabei wurde uns immer wieder das Gleiche erklärt, nämlich wie man in die Wohnung mit dem Code kommt – bis endlich verstanden wurde, dass das Schloss kaputt war. Die Dame, die schließlich kam, war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und machte sich sofort auf den Weg, nachdem sie den Auftrag erhalten hatte. Sie veranlasste auch eine Teilrückzahlung, die ich bereits am nächsten Morgen erhielt. Die Treppe zum Souterrain, in dem sich das Schlafzimmer befindet, ist recht lang. Der Raum ist offen und ohne Tür, was uns jedoch nicht störte. Unten gibt es keine Klimaanlage, jedoch einen Deckenventilator.

2 bath room made our stay more comfortable. The location is perfect, you can reach all the touristic highlights either on foot (15-25 min walk) or by bus (busstop is 3 min walk).

Walking distance to downtown, even with kids. Well renovated apartment, has all you need for long stays. Found parking just in front. Luck I guess. I have to thank the hosts for preparing a bed cot for our little one. All was good and would visit again.

The apartment provides complete set of dining utensils for cooking and lots of washing detergent for clothes and dishes which seems liked you are living at your friend home. The bed is also comfortable.

Should tell the guests that there's a few steps to get to the apartment even located on the ground floor as we have 3 large suitcases. As it is on the ground floor, we are not comfortable to open the window to let fresh air in for security reason. I believe most guests also won't open the window which makes the room a bit damp with a smell. You have to turn on the air-conditioned for a while. But there is only one air-conditioned, given the room is quite large with the bedroom in the basement, it takes quite a while. Lucky that the weather is quite nice at the time of our visit. The basement is also cool enough with a fan to support airflow.

Very good location, fully equiped kitchen, nice service_easy check in /out.

Unfortunately the noise isolation of the small window in the underground sleeping room is not enough.
