The Old Print House - Space Maison Apartments

The keys were really easy to pick up almost next the apartment, the building is super nice, the contact that we had the entire time was responding all our doubts and was available the entire time we needed them for calls or whatsapp messages. They have, as well, given us the list of parkings we could use, and have left a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. The place was clean and the check out was easy, we just left the keys and closed the door. Another positive note is that the location is really centric, 5 minutes from the Cathedral.

The sound isolation in the apartment is not the best, there was some noise in the street below, I think a street cleaning truck and something more, and it woke us up once during the night, and constantly somewhere since 7 to 9 AM. Since we spent only one night there, it was okay, but for more nights, might have been an issue. Everything else we were happy with.

We've stayed here a couple of times. Perfect location and excellent service from staff. They have a parking space too which is cheaper than public parking. Would stay again-beautiful apartment.

The air con was a bit hit and miss meaning some very very hot nights!

The apartment is located in the old town, and it is easy to walk to major sights. There is an elevator in the building. The inner yard in this building is nice, but photos are confusing since it is no directly related to the apartment.

Air conditioner does not work. It is a central A/C system, you cannot set temperature below 30C, and it makes too much noise. The floor was dirty, it was not cleaned/washed properly. The host treats guests with lots of suspicions, they sent several messages about penalties for violating their policies. The host must learn basic ideas about hospitality. There is no warning in the property description that the host will collect lots of personal information about guests using a commercial Spanish Web site that can share it with any of its business partners and affiliates. We learned about this problem one day before check in, when it was impossible to cancel. This is violation of Booking privacy policies. You have to collect the key from a local tourist agency, before you can walk to the apartment.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Sent us on a scavenger hunt through town to find the keys.

Noise in the region

The Space and size for 4 people perfect

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Quiet side street but steps from major sites. Amazing view from the spacious, sunny rooftop.

It was a very slight inconvenience to have to go somewhere else to pick up the key, though that process went smoothly. Note that the apartment is on a (very cute) narrow, winding side street so many cabs/Ubers won’t pickup or drop-off directly at the door.

It was clean and spacious for 4 and even with an elevator! Easy communication with the property. Great location and decorated with character!

We have changed 4 apartments during our trip to Spain and this one was the best overall and provided exactly what we wanted - spanish feel inside of a beautiful old building. It was clean, comfy, with enough space for our luggage. Nice furniture, wine in the fridge, coffee and tea for the breakfast. When you step outside you’re in the center of the old town so wherever you go you can wander for hours and experience old Sevilla…Wonderful!

One thing only-the bath. It is clean and nice but if there are older people or people with movement difficulties I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation since it could be pretty difficult to get inside or outside of the bathtub. Maybe placing some kind of a handle on the wall could help a bit.
