Communication was very good with Paco who usually responded within a few hours and we were able to access the property about one hour early (at 3pm). Access codes were provided and keys were also inside the apartment. The apartment is lovely, in a great location, light and clean with some nice personal homely touches which make it a step up from other rentals in the city.

If you're an international traveller, you will need to make sure you have roaming set up so you have internet access because without it I'm not unsure how you will access the building or the apartment. There were a few small, but important things, that if put right would make it an exceptional experience. There was no comfy seating or loungers on the terrace, which felt a bit worse for wear. Combined with being very small and two floors up, it meant it didn't get used. Only an issue if the terrace is important to you. No shampoo or body wash was supplied, which is frustrating if you're travelling and only staying a few nights. The towels were thin and small. The extract fan in the en-suite didn't seem to work and the air-conditioning didn't seem to work in the main bedroom, so it got stuffy at night. The double bed is small and mattress not great, but the pillows were the biggest issue, making it impossible to have a good night's sleep. A single small uncomfortable pillow per person. Hopefully these things can be improved for future guests, because otherwise, it was a lovely apartment.

The apartment was in a good location and was very spacious.

The outside terrace area was a little disappointing, the deck chairs were both broken and in pieces on the floor and the clothes line was also broken which made drying our clothes a little challenging.
