La Finestra Sulmò

Location perfect u couldn’t ask for anything better, apartment had 2 baths 2 beds & a/c & terrace which we loved, & elevator was very convenient for top floor

Nothing we didn’t like, but wished the 2nd bedroom had twin beds without footboards which would allow taller guests to fit more comfortably in a twin size bed

This is our second time staying at this property. Our host Luciano, was so responsive and incredible communicating with us. The apartment was just as we remembered it, clean, well situated and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our time having coffee on the balcony listening to the church bells in the morning. We highly recommend this location to anyone who is staying in Sulmona. We found a Michelin Star restaurant just down the street from this location that is superb. We are looking forward to returning again!

Host met us on arrival (late at night) and provided a tour of the apartment and the facilities. Welcome book was very informative. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Views from apartment balcony were lovely at sunset!

The parking arrangements could have been closer but only a short walk in the sun so no big deal!

Luciano, our host, was extremely gracious and accommodating. Ideally located centrally within the ancient part of Sulmona. The apartment itself was amazing although we felt it was beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

The air conditioner in the dining room was not adequate to cool all of the living areas. In the main bedroom, the air conditioner began making strange noises which disturbed our sleep.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, modern, spacious and very clean. We had an elevator with a private entrance that opened into the apartment foyer. There was a beautiful view of a historic church.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working. The owner told us that he was unable to fix the floor's radiant cooling mechanism before our arrival. The air conditioner in the dining area was inadequate for cooling the entire apartment, leaving the bedrooms uncomfortable to sleep in. I resorted to sleeping on the couch with a portable fan for the duration of my stay. The living room received some cool air from the air conditioner, but it was not sufficient.

This is the only place I will stay in Sulmona. Luciano is the best. His apartment is beautiful. Luciano is always so helpful. The apartment has everything you need. Once you walk out of the elevator into the apartment you can't help but love it. The outstanding views is worth it. I love spending time on the terrace just looking at Sulmona's beauty. I love staying here. Luciana is a great host.

There are no complaints with this apartment or host. My only complaint is I wish my stay was longer.
