Perfect location, fabulous apartment, very modern and stylish. You practically have everything you need and some more. The host is very kind and welcoming.

There were three A/Cs in the apartment, however one did not work at all and the remaining two did not work properly. We stayed during a heatwave, so it was very hot. There was a fan that did some job though. The host offered to send someone to fix it, but we stayed only for the weekend so I believe it wasn’t possible for such a short time to find someone. Apart from this, everything else was above the expectations.

Great location, right next to Republic Square and the main pedestrian street, Knez Mihailova. There are plenty of cafes, shops, and of course, lots of people. The apartment is well-equipped with various electrical appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils. The apartment also has a unique style, featuring pictures, and small decorative details.

We stayed here during a heat wave, with temperatures reaching up to 39 degrees. The biggest problem with this apartment was the air conditioning. The unit in the bedroom didn’t work; the host explained there was an electrical issue and that using it could cause a blackout. The other two air conditioners in the kitchen and living room were very weak. I’m not a specialist, but it might have been due to a lack of freon. Even when set to the minimum temperature of 17 degrees, it was still very hot in the apartment. We asked the host to buy a fan, which he did, but it still felt like we were just trying to survive. The upper part of the refrigerator also didn’t work well, and the temperature wasn’t sufficient to keep products in good condition. Additionally, it would be nice if the corridor to the apartment was cleaned of pigeon droppings.

Everything is perfect. Beautiful location, cleanliness and conditions are excellent.
