A tulaj kedves, rugalmas.

Parkolás nagyon nehézkes. A tisztaság sem kiemelkedő, dohos, penészes, cigaretta szagú minden. A Konyha hiányosan van felszerelve. Bojler nem tudja feltölteni a kádat meleg vízzel.
