No air-conditioning or any kind of cooling device. When you rent it in the middle of a heat wave, make sure that guests feel comfortable

The terrace was perfect to have a glass of wine, especially in our case, as we traveled with a dog.The location is perfect! There is a nice small park nearby, civil transport stop and shops.

There was no electrical kettle. There was some noise from water pipes.

The host is nice and friendly. He was waiting at the location when we arrived and gave us his public parking spot. It’s free to park if you can find an available spot. There’s a MAXI supermarket close by. Food can be delivered by Wolt. There’s also a nice bakery close by “Pekara Kircanski”. I don’t know about public transportation, but the city center can be reached by taxi. Though it’s a bit far. The area is residential and seems nice, safe and quiet. The flat has free wifi, a nice tv with access to HBO.

The flat is nice for a weekend getaway, but for a longer stay, it would need a coffee machine and an air conditioner, especially during the summer. Since the jacuzzi is the main attraction of the flat, it would have been really nice if there were some slippers, fluffy towels (not the old ones), maybe some candles. But unfortunately there isn’t enough hot water for the jacuzzi and once it starts to get cold, you have to wait. Slight smell of smoke in the room Mold, dust, spiderwebs behind the couch. No air condition Loud sound of the water heater or pipe each time someone is flushing in the building.
