Actually, it was difficult to spot the exact location of the apartments. I'd suggest the owners to provide more details for the future clients how to reach and how to spot the apartments. Next, to reach the reception one has to take stairs which I don't remember was mentioned in the description. I had a few luggage bags and two small children with the big trolley, and it would be extremely helpful if this information was provided as well in advance. Another really unpleasant situation was the timing. Check in was till 23.00 according to the description of the apartment on booking.com. we arrived quite late and I notified the owners our late arrival time which was within the working hours of the reception. My last message was that we'd be reaching the apartment around 20.00 and unfortunately we couldn't make it. So we arrived between 22.00-22.30 which was still within the allowed time slot. When we arrived, firstly the front door was open and there was no information about how to reach the owners. Yes, there is a phone number available in the description but what if one doesn't have a local phone number? I had no local sim card nor internet connection. Thankfully to passers by I could call the owners to inform about our arrival. Another thing was that at the time of booking it was mentioned that breakfast was available. However, it wasn't. I addressed this question to the owner and the explanation was due to COVID -19 this option was removed. Apparently, it was not removed from the advertisement. Lastly, the bed was terrible. It was making noises. It felt uncomfortable to sleep. I'm writing all these not just to complain but for the owners to take some actions. For example, be clear on what you provide and what you don't. Leave information for travellers who might not have a local Sim card or whose phone might not be working. If you say check in is open till 23.30 then please stay on duty.

The only good thing is personnel, very king woman waited us cause we leaved for some hours our luggage on the reception.

Okay, where should I start from? We picked up the room with the jacuzzi. When we started using jakuzzi we discovered, that actually it's not enough hot water in boiler to make a full jakuzzi. Than, when we decided to switch on all the bubble functions. And the mud and dirtt with very bad smelling start going out from the bath. Then we discovered a notice on the wall. It was written, that administration of the hotel does not take anything if you receive electrical shock or some other harm when you use your bath. Actually in bath you can see some small and cute bags that come directly from the boiler side. And also their good friends spiders, which you can find in bath and in bedroom. Also the booking.com promised us another price with some bonuses. But when I told it to the reception, they gave me a phone, where woman told me, that I should pay more because of "some taxes", which I need to pay. By the way, when you book an appartment, all the taxes are written on the booking. But "their own tax" is not. As a conclusion, I kindly do not recommend this appartment, if you, of course, don't want to pay 70€ in Serbia to see bags and spiders, while taking the dirt jakuzzi. P.S. Photo attached.
