City Place Apartments

The apartment was easy to find - it was within a walkable distance, 8-10 mins, of the city centre and other sights, such as the fortress, shopping centre and restaurants. We arrived 1 hour early, and the host was amazing - they kindly contacted the cleaning staff who handed over the key to us. The entrance was secure, and our room was on the ground floor. The apartment had definitely an excellent design - it had a big aquarium with beautiful fish, it was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen had all necessary appliances. Overall, it was an excellent experience of central Belgrade and is ideal for short-stay in the city.

A strong smell of a cleaning product which was present even after ventilating the room. The host should probably look into it.

Apartman je veoma mračan

Evim gibi hissettim, bir sure tek eksiğimin tost makinesi olduğunu hissettim, otelle alakalı odada sorun yaşadım, otel sahibi konuya profesyonelce yaklaştı hiç beklemiyordum ve mutlu oldum sırbistana gelirsem bu otele geleceğimizi kesinlestirdik.

Biraz fazla olacak tek eksik tost makinesi o kadar dop doluydu :)

Prije svega pohvala za domaćina sa kojim je dogovor bio lak, ugodan, smještaj je rezerviran na dan dolaska, tako da jedan veliki plus za domaćina. Stančić je na odličnoj lokaciji, svega par minuta hoda od Balkanske ulice, Terazija, Hotela Moskva, Knez Mihajlove. U stanu imate sve što vam je potrebno za ok boravak.

Ne volim inače ostavljati negativne komentare, ali molim vlasnike da ovo shvate kao sugestiju, jer objekat ima stvarno veliki potencijal, samo kada bi se malo više proradilo na čistoći samoga objekta (krečenje, veća higijena djakuzija koji je odličan, kutne garniture u dnevnom boravku koja nije najreprezentativnija kao i zavjese koje su djelomično otkačene). Ovo jesu možda sitnice, ali stvarno neka ovo bude dobronamjerna kritika za buduće poboljšanje jer je stvarno dobar koncept stana za odmor i uživanje.
