City Place Apartments

I'll start with the pro-s: good location, quiet street, helpful and communicative host, willing to provide an extra-key. We also asked for an iron and we received one.

Not sure about the other apartments but the pictures of the one we booked, the 'Mirror' apartment with the jacuzzi didn't actually explicitly reveal the reality. The apartment is on the first floor, with road traffic and pedestrian noise and people looking directly to you through the windows, but at least it has aluminum roller shatters which mitigate this problem. The white couch was neither white nor expandible but pretty shabby and with expanding system broken. The large floor lamp in the living room was broken with burnt wires exposed and hanging. The walls were dirty in many places and a lot of dust and cobwebs had gathered in the corners. Additionally, the sinks, faucets and accessories in the 'bathroom' and kitchen were covered with limescale. Also, the jacuzzi was partially functional, with the showerhead leaking making it unusable. It is true that smoking is allowed, but we didn't expect the smell of smoke to be so strong, likely embedded in the walls, curtains and drapes. It wasn't clear to us that the toilet and shower were actually in the bedroom. Moreover, the doors were made of non-frosted glass, offering no privacy when using either the shower or the toilet. The kitchen was minimally equipped, not even a single coffee mug. We conclude that the apartment once looked nice, but it has been a long time since any improvements or renovations were made.

Position was really good. Staff is really available and kind. The appartment’forniture is nice.

The bad was horrible, the mattress is worn and i think it should be replaced. Under the drains of the kitchen it smells like sink. It’s a pity because the appartment is really nice.

Very good value for money, the apartment is big, you have all the facilities you could need. It is right in the heart of Belgrade and the host was very nice and kind while doing the check in.

Everything was just marvelous! Very good location close to the city center, comfortable and stylish apartment. Our host was very friendly and careful, I would rate him 100 out of 10, if I could. We had a really pleasant stay. This apartment has a hidden summertime bonus: the sun shines from the opposite side of the building, so you will wake up in a cool shade. Anyway, there is an air-condition, so you’ll be happy without doubt!
