Sijainti loistava

Hösellystä asiakaspalvelussa; saapuessa tarjolla kahvia, mutta toinen meistä ei saanut kahvia, koska pavut loppu eikä uusia löytynyt! TV ei toiminut muuta apua olisi tullut vasta parin tunnin kuluttua!

"Sehr schönes und gemütliches Apartment im Zentrum von Tallinn"

Das Appartement war sehr gross und aussergewöhnlich eingerichtet. Uns hat die Sauna im Bad sehr gut gefallen.

Nach der Buchung habe ich eine Mail erhalten, dass ich eine Hinterlage von EUR 200 im Voraus bezahlen muss. Dies war bei Booking.com im Kleingedruckten erwähnt und natürlich habe ich dies nicht gesehen. Ich war sehr sauer und habe die Zahlung nicht geleistet. Beim einchecken wurde dieser Betrag dann auf meiner Kreditkarte blockiert und nach dem auschecken wieder freigegeben. Diese gängige Variante war für mich absolut in Ordnung. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn mir diese Variante gleich nach der Buchung angeboten worden wäre. Vielleicht war es auch ein Missverständnis...

Posizione ottima in piena città vecchia che permette di raggiungere i centri turistici in brevissimo tempo. Appartamento ben arredato e molto spazioso.

Da migliorare le dotazioni di cucina. Difficoltà nel portare in appartamento valigie pesanti per la presenza di scale moto ripide.
