*Hidden Gem* Stylish apartment* Walk to beach

Very good location, quiet with easy parking. Well equipped and many essentials provided. Owners easily contactable and very helpful. Wellswood is very close and has bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

No real downside, unless you wish to be more in the centre of Torquay.

We liked the location and easy parking. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Sarah kindly let us go into the property an hour early as we were visiting for a family funeral. The Kents pub is a short walk and great for a drink and/or dinner.

We could clearly hear the occupants in the apartment above who did wake us up one night.

Apartment was cosy and comfortable, very modern and having a parking space outside was great.

Great location, very clean, comfy bed, everything you needed was there and great communication and instructions how to get into the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and good value for money. they had left milk and tea making ingredients much appreciated. bed was comfortable. bathroom good.

smaller than expected only place to watch tv was on the bed as small lounger was on same wall.
