Very nice and kind owners and location superb.

The kitchen could use more apliances not just the basic tools ;)

Outstanding location, nice, friendly and helpful owner with good English. Good air conditioning, though only in one of two rooms, but with open door, cools down both in 10 min. Previouslly reported sewerage stench was not detected. Considering prices in neighboring appartments, price/quality ratio is just perfect

Indeed, pretty old and worn furniture and equipment, but all functioning. The bath is really small. Somewhat puzzling layout (bedrooms' windows look into kitchen, and only then outside), but there is enough light, and maybe that's why it is not that hot inside

It's near the beach, terrace is enough for 4 adults and a dog and is in the shadow so it's pleasant to spend time there.

The kitchen is too small and especially refrigerator.

The location was perfect as it was a walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. Once you arrive and park your car, you didn’t have to worry about car and driving until the day you need to leave.

1. Shower was leaking lot of water 2. The outdoor veranda where we spent lot of time was not clean the best- had dust and spiderwebs 3. The room where our son stayed which had a separate entry from outside didn’t have an aircon- had a fan which they complained of being left on ,but the heat was unbearable 4. Bathrooms had no windows for ventilation, had exhaust fan. My son had used bathroom to have a bowel motion just before us going for a walk into the town and turned the exhaust fan on as there was no window. The owner’s son walked into his room in our absence and turned the exhaust fan off and locked the room and took the key. The owner’s son had no business in going into the room in our absence and then they complained of leaving the exhaust fan on as we could’ve burnt the fan and cause them damage. 5. Bathroom had no small soap to start you with. We arrived late and couldn’t even wash our hands with anything post using toilet as there was no soap The owner Slobodna said to me: what do you expect, we are 3 star. You need to provide that yourself. I expect a small soap for hygiene purposes. 6. You get 1 towel each for the entire stay. We stayed there 8nights. No facility to wash the towels. No washing machine. Was told by the owner Slobodna again that they 3 star and not expect it again and to just air it outside on the clots line and it will be as good as new. 7. Self contained kitchen: had no washing detergent or sponge to clean dishes with. Slobodna again said the same thing: “What do you expect we are 3 star. You need to get it yourself”. The owner’s son was kind enough and has given me sponge and washing detergent- was grateful for that. 8. Was uncomfortable hearing the arguments between son and his wife as they would sit on outside veranda close to where we were and also hearing their comments about previous families that stayed if they left the apartment dirty. 9.

Location and customer service was great. Close proximity to the beach was a bonus.
