Apartamento bom, bem aparelhado, com banheiros bons. Fomos bem recebidos e tudo correu bem, conforme o esperado. Tudo limpo e em ordem, condizente com as fotos da propaganda.

Bastante caro, por ser feriado. Na verdade, Ubatuba tem preço desproporcional ao que é oferecido aos hóspedes. "Aceitável" por saber que manutenção em praia é cara e trabalhosa. Não oferece roupas de cama, banho e cobertas
