Da cortesia do dono do apartamento, e da proximidade da praia. O lugar era tranquilo,sem barulho...

Do prédio não ter um elevador,pois o quarto era no terceiro andar e muitas escadas para subir com as bagagens.Tinha muitos gatos na garagem e inclusive alguns dormiram em cima do meu carro.

Gostei muito da localização, da cordialidade do zelador e principalmente da segurança que o proprietário transmitiu. Me ajudou em TD e sanou TDS as minhas dúvidas (até sobre taxas de TPA). S. Álvaro foi fantástico em TDS os sentidos. Só tenho a agradecer. Foram duas maravilhosos.

A única dificuldade foi a escadaria... Kkkkk Cansei...
