O apartamento é bem confortável e tem todas as comodidades: talher, louça, micro-ondas, cafeteira, chaleira elétrica, etc. Fica localizado há algumas quadras da Vila Germãnica e do Parque. Nos sentimos seguros no bairro e bem instalados no apartamento do Juliano. Pra quem é friorento como eu, pode ficar tranquilo que além de ar-condicionado tem muitas cobertas. Super recomendo.
