View and how clean it was, close to facilities.

Unit needs updating, it's still in 80's, looks like owners haven't done anything for years. Curtain broken in one bedroom and had trouble pulling across in the other. Neighbours stomping above and moving furniture early both mornings (got woken up). I'm sorry to sound so negative but for what you pay you expect things to be a bit nicer. Need to check your raw sugar container as it has other bits in it.
