The owner send abusive messages after i rated the place 7 which was a decent rating. There is no ventilation/ac in the rooms we had to sleep on the couch. they dint understand or speak English or even tried to be helpful. dint even come to ask if anything is needed. still i rated it decent but after that i got abusive foul language msgs from them and i had to raise a complaint with booking.com
