Lots of space, great location for staying in Ventnor

A bit damp at times, all our clothes were constantly moist even though we turned on the heating. The buildings quite old and weather was unseasonably wet and cold so probably didn’t help.

Spacious and comfortable, lovely decor and literally minutes to walk into the town centre to get down to the sea front or to catch a local bus to other towns and villages. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and literally feels like a home from home.

Bin in the top bathroom had not been emptied and had a used nappy in it from the previous occupants. Previous occupants rubbish was also strewn down the alleyway where the bins are stored which also consisted of more used nappies which wasn't too pleasent. This was cleared shortly after we arrived, so we think someone else in the apartments must have mentioned it. The downstairs shower is also slow to drain which we think is to do with how it's attached to the sani-flow system, so you kind of have to put the shower on a slow flow to prevent the water from backing up into the shower tray and from flooding out. As the water can't drain quickly enough, it's causing the bottom part of the shower door runners to become mouldy which needs to be addressed.

Check out at 10am Host ask to clean all dishes and even not left in dishwasher but put in order to the cupboards . Is difficult with three children to get breakfast clean in dishwasher and then waiting for one hour ( shorter program) to get dishes out and put in the cupboards. We had to wake up 7.30 am to be able get out at 10am

The flat was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location on the south side of the island was ideal for walks and trips to places worth visiting. Although there was no specific place to park in front of the property, there was a carpark close by.

The property its self was lovely, beautifully decorated, ideal location for us.

Immaculately presented, it really was home from home. Seemed like it had been very recently refurbished. Good, clean presentation. It was so nice to find a new bottle of milk in the fridge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, hand wash, plenty of toilet rolls etc so we didn’t need to worry about buying it all when we got there. Everything was really well stocked. Very much appreciated having the Disney+ channel, which was great for the rainy afternoons.

The downstairs cellar bedroom and bathroom felt cold.
