Po przybyciu na miejsce brakowało sztućców dla 2 osób a byłem bardzo głodny niestety mikrofalówka była żółta od brudu i musiałem spędzić czas na doczyszczenie jej aby zjeść. Taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca. Brakowało papierowego ręcznika kuchennego zamiast materiałowej ścierki.

Previouse tine I booked different room and had the best experience. This time I expected the same from this place but chose different room - much smaller. It was comfy and clean, but lacked a few important things.

It was so small, and the kettle for the tea was not present and the place to work with computer was missing, nor the fridge to store the breakfast.

It was clean and in good location

The bathroom did not have normal ventilation The shower was not working leaving the only option for small side shower on hose. In the room there were some kitchenette without a water sink. Refrigerator was loud and not appropriate for such a small room. The customer service was not helpful at all. I do not find friendly and kind service provided in this place. No even room for luggage storage in the hotel.
