Elisabetta, who gave us the keys, was very helpful and nice, we had talked on the phone beforehand and she helped us find the location. The apartment is in the historic town, very nice vibe, but that means that you have to park your car some 10 minutes away.

Hot water was scarce, we didn't know if the water heater was turned on ok or not - it says don't touch.

amazing location, inside city walls, everything by foot distance, huge apartment, well furnished, its historically old but refurbished and in working condition, the parking is free but not close to the property, it looks strange at arrival, but once you walk to it you will find that isn't a deal breaker, its a lovely stroll through a medieval town, plus you can disembark your luggage at the apartment door and park afterwards.

Very clean house and great location. We found in the apartment all we needed and check in and checko out was very easy. The host was very helpful

It was spacious and the beds were comfortable and it had a kitchen, washing machine and drying rack for clothes. So it met all pilgrim needs and also was in a good location.

However, even with the fans provided, the whole apartment was very hot and stuffy. I would highly recommend getting air conditioners for each bedroom. Having the windows open at night made it hard to sleep because of all the restaurants in the street outside the apartment. Having air conditioning would enable guests to keep the windows closed, avoid mosquitoes and close out the street noise.
