Het gebouw waarin het appartement zich bevindt is 700 jaar oud. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk: ze lieten ons 2 uur langer blijven en gaven ons de mogelijkheid om eerder in te checken. Het is er rustig en de geluidsisolatie is goed. Alles was schoon en het appartement is gerenoveerd in een klassieke, historische stijl, waardoor de authentieke sfeer behouden is gebleven. Onder het appartement bevindt zich een restaurant met lokale keuken uit Viterbo, waar je meteen kunt eten.
