Bel appart proche de gare du Midi, à côté du Centre Ville

The pros and cons are well documented by other reviewers below. Location is both a pro and con - given great proxmity to train station vs general dodgyness of the area. The apartment itself was quite spacious although quite noisy from outside noise and upstairs neighbour. Please read further below

This was honestly one of the most worst / stressful experiences I’ve ever had in accommodation. Picture this - you’re on holiday, you close your bedroom door for the night and you’re suddenly trapped / stuck inside. The bedroom door had no handle on the inside. We didn’t know this (and why would you?), there was no sign anywhere in the accommodation which either warn/said not to close the bedroom door. We ended up trapping ourselves when we closed the bedroom door at night. The panic and anxiety this caused was unbelievable. You’re on holiday — the last thing you expect is to be trapped in a room. No one should ever have to check whether a door handle exists before closing a door. If there had been a fire or any kind of emergency, this could have been genuinely life threatening. I can’t stop thinking about how dangerous this would be for parents — imagine closing the door and being locked in while your baby or child is in another room. That thought alone is terrifying. We lost time, sleep, and the next day we missed our connecting train because disruption. It completely ruined what should have been a straightforward stay. What made the situation worse was the owner’s response. When we raised the issue, the owner attempted to deflect responsibility, including blaming us for simply closing the bedroom door?? We were also made to feel that we had caused him inconvenience by calling at around 1am — despite the fact that we were locked inside a room in his property because it could not be opened from the inside. We have filled an official complaint on booking.com. Please think very carefully before booking.

Bonita decoración, gran amplitud salón y habitación, limpieza correcta, a 25 min del centro y 5 min de la estación Bruselas Midi, acceso de entrada fácil con las indicaciones.

Las cortinas de la habitación no cubren totalmente la ventana, entra mucha luz. Puerta de acceso al apartamento muy simple. Mucho ruido por la noche de la/s persona/s del piso de arriba (pasos sin parar, ruido del agua de la ducha interminable, risas y voces en la escalera) a horas como la 1 de la madrugada, ocasionando la interrupción del sueño. Por este motivo, recomiendo encarecidamente llevar TAPONES porque es imposible descansar.

Appartement propre, spacieux, confortable, avec tout les accessoires de la maison... jusqu'au café, sel... Et l'hôte très gentil, souriant, et a l'écoute.

Appartement très confortable et joliment meublé. À proximité de la gare. Cuisine bien équipée, café et té offert, La douche est bien mieux que sur la foto, possibilité de fixer la douche au mur!

La prise dans la salle de bain et une au salon sont en mauvais état
