The location is central.

The building is in dilapidated state. The stairs to the room / apartment have damp smell.

Comfortable and clean, has everything you need for a short stay

Not able/allowed to use the A/C between 22pm and 8am, because of the noise. It gets very warm and so the night is when you actually need it most...

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. We came on bicycles from abroad. We locked our bikes in the inner courtyard. It is located in an excellent location of Budapest, easily accessible on foot but also by public transport. Close to the tram stop, metro, grocery, drugstore, bars, restaurants, cafes. I recommend.

The problem was in opening the main entrance gate to the yard. It is really difficult to open the door and unless you have the right "grip" you will struggle. I was helped by a person who lived in the house. Of course, this is not the owners' fault.

Everything was perfect, I will come again!

Central location

We were not able to use the A/C during the night due to noise complains by the neighbors.

It was a cute little apartment in a really good location

If you are a light sleeper, then you will have problems. From very early in the morning, you will hear everything the neighbours say and do including very loud music first thing in the morning. Also, no where to hang your clothes.
