New apartment in Brussels house

I stayed in this apartment for four nights during a heat wave in Brussels. Overall, the apartment itself is spacious and pleasant, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is good. The location and general condition of the flat were also very good.

However, the stay was made quite uncomfortable by the very high indoor temperatures. The apartment has no air conditioning and, for most of my stay, there was no fan available. As it is located on the upper floor, it became extremely hot, reaching around 30°C at night according to the thermometer inside the flat. After spending the day sightseeing, it was difficult to return in the late afternoon and relax before going out again in the evening. Opening the windows at night was not an ideal solution, as there were no insect screens, and I was concerned about birds or insects entering the apartment. The bed was also prepared with a thick winter duvet, which was not suitable for the weather conditions. I contacted the host and asked whether a fan could be provided. She kindly said she would look into it when she returned from her weekend trip. Unfortunately, no fan was available during most of my stay. A standing fan was eventually provided on the night before my departure, which I appreciated, but it came too late to significantly improve my overall comfort during the four-night stay.

Lovely, well decorated, spacious apartment. Being on a top floor, it has views on beautiful green spaces. The host was reactive and helpful. The apartment is located in a part of town that’s very convenient to explore Brussels.

L'appartamento è ben tenuto, il bagno nuovo . Una cialda di caffè di cortesia

La fermata metro non è vicinissima ,l'unico mezzo che arriva in prossimità è il tram . Terzo piano senza ascensore con scale strette e la valigia non è comodissimo

Boa localização, bem próximo de um ponto de TRAM e das rua das lojas. Apartamento grande, com sala ampla e cozinha conjugada. Anfitriã muito educada e prestativa, deixou entrarmos mais cedo.

O piso do apartamento é barulhento. Uma garrafa de água no dia da chegada seria legal. Apartamento no terceiro andar e não tem elevador. Pra subir com as malas quando chegamos foi cansativo. Não tem iluminação nas escadas de noite, usamos a luz do celular.

Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Cerca de la parada del tranvía y supermercados cercanos.

La cafetera no funcionaba. Es un tercero sin ascensor que para nosotros no supuso un problema.

Tout, l'emplacement, l'espace, la chambre à coucher, la belle et spacieuse cuisine, j'aurais juste souhaité un micro-onde, cela aurait été un plus.

Sehr gute Lage mit perfekter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Tramstation Faider gleich um die Ecke, Metrostationen Parvis Saint Gilles und Louise jeweils zehn Minuten entfernt), Lebensmittelgeschäft Carrefour Express in drei Minuten Entfernung, ruhige Wohnung, gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit breitem französischen Doppelbett und nettem Blick auf einen begrünten Innenhof, gute Küchenausstattung, großer Herd mit sechs Gaskochstellen, zwei Backöfen, separater Gefrierschrank, vorbildliche Mülltrennung, Badezimmer offen zum Schlafzimmer, aber gut ausgestattet, sehr gute, separat steuerbare Heizung.

Sitzecke unbequem, Sofa ist durchgesessen und sollte dringend erneuert werden, ebenso wäre ein kleiner Teppich im Sitzbereich auf dem Fliesenboden wünschenswert, Essbereich beengt, da zwischen Fensterwand und Kochinsel eingeklemmt, Wirkung des Wohnzimmers hell und sachlich.
