A 102, apartments in the heart of the jewish quarter

The apartment was in a great location, very central, lots of cafes and restaurants close by as well as the express airport bus. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Shower powerful (but a bit small shower cubicle)

We couldn't get into the property at first, the code provided at booking is not correct. I tried to phone the owner but their phone number is Ukraine based and for some reason it couldn't accept my call. Then I called the booking.com customer service who helped me out. I got the correct code and could enter. The explanation for this was that we didn't provide photos of our documents before check in which is a requirement in Hungary. But in fact I did send the docs 2 days before. The aircon didn't work properly and it was only 30 degrees outside. I wonder what would it be like in the 40 degree summer heat. They only provided 1 small roll of toilet paper. I asked for more, they dropped it off outside the door and someone stole it by the time we got back to the apartment. People kept leaving open the street entrance to the building. One day we got home and saw someone was messing with the lockbox outside the apartment that was for storing the keys. Luckily they couldn't open anything. The shower was powerful but there was an issue with the hose and it sprayed everywhere.

Small but cozy, quite central, nice location.

We didn't like the fact that we needed to contact the host for more toilet paper- we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and only one toilet roll was provided, along with just one washing machine tablet. Though, the host did give more after following up. Also the carpet was dirty and stained.

Good location, good wifi, nice building, easy to find, self check in

Only one toilet paper left, and no kitchen paper or towel. There are no hangers in the bathroom so you don’t have a place to hang your bathroom towels. Also no hangers in the hall. Shower head leaking. Even though there are blinds on the windows there should be curtains as you cant use blinds during the day and you have to as you are on the first floor and everything is visible from the busy street below. And if you have coffe machine, as a courtesy you should leave couple coffe capsules.

Clean apartment in a Fantastic location

The location of the flat is perfect, close to the city center and at lot of places to eat and drink around. The flat is clean and new, the building is recent and very convenient to access. An amazing place to stay!

Can be a bit noisy in the street on Fridays and Saturdays
