Central Home- Pesterzsébet

Location was close to event site. Had alot of stores nearby. And good kitchen.

Outstandingly clean, comfy and cozy. Very responsive and kind staff.

Hard to find a free parking space.

- place for 1, max 2 nights when you want to stop somewhere while traveling through Budapest - air conditioning in both bedrooms - direct tram to city center 2b

- there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the last floor of the building - bad smell at the entrance (old building). We had to ventilate the whole apartment - dust on the shelves and equipment in the kitchen - weak ventilation in the toilet - the apartment has an exit on one side to the kindergarten and on the other to the streets where cars often drive, which disturb at night

Air conditioning was very quiet and in each bedroom, there was a washer and a drying rack. Everything was spotless clean. Instructions were very detailed but unfortunately the e-mail did not completely open on my cell phone and I had to call the owner and ask for details. The hallway was clean and you could tell that tenants take care of the joint area. The downtown is about 45 minutes far. If you are with a family, you can buy a family day pass on internet that is pretty cheap. There is also an app that will guide you which trams or buses to take to get to the centre.

As other mentioned, the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Most doors have about 3 security locks, one apartment had a security grill door in front of the entrance door, and one apartment was tape sealed by either police or an executor. This made me feel uneasy the first night. The next day I noticed similar security features in other houses around and the neighbourhood seemed nice and I felt safe.

Big and comfortable apartment with a lot of free parking space around the building

The rooms are quite big, it has an amazing terrace and there is a good public transport option to reach the city center

The shower head doesn't work properly. It was necceseray around 40 minutes to reach the city center. No elevator and it is a fourth stage.
