I had a wonderful stay! The house was in a great location, just a short distance from the metro and many interesting places to visit. It was very clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was excellent—fast and easy responses made everything so much smoother. The only downside was that there wasn't a sponge for cleaning, which was a bit inconvenient for my mother. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

Great lication, easy check - in procedure, clean and tidy place, really suitable for short and mid-term stay . We liked it .

Location of the apartment is very good.

There is some major issue with the boiler. After the first usage it stayed off and the water was cold for hours. I discussed the problem with the host and the response was - We will check it tomorrow. Then about 11 PM the boiler turned on magically. The same story was on the next 3 days. In my opinion there some timer that is controlling the boiler to use only the nightly power but the host did not tell us about it. The hairdryer was also not ok. It smelled very bad while using. The whole apartment had a smell of old furniture and mold which is understandable because the house is on the ground floor.

Location is amazing and the fact that it has a tab 👌 Self check in was quite simple.

It's a bit cold and you can't control the heat in the apartment (the heating wasn't still working at the wnd of October). It was warm outside! But like 5 or more degrees colder in the apartment. Take this into account if you are traveling during winter. Also I would consider leaving a few more coffee capsules (there were 3 on site for a couple staying 4 nights, and we bought them and left 8,9 behind us), towels and other essentials. This is something apartment rentals generally lack at....
