Brilliant apartment - super clean, everything you could need, lovely courtyard outside. One of the best thing is the transport links from practically outside the door.

Marta was able to organise an early check in for us. That was really very kind of her. Apartment is near a tram station, cafe shop and grocery store. Which I think is very essential in considering a place where you should stay. Wlan is fast! 👌 The owner allowed me to use the locker after checkout. Not all apartments in Budapest can provide lockers.

The squeaking sound of the floor when you walk. But all in all It was a good stay!

Nice location, comfortable bad, warm apartments with heating and conditioning, it was nice to come to relax after day of walking. Fully equipped kitchen, good coffee and coffee machine. Walking distance to city centre and comfortable place for living

Would’ve preferred if they’d have made up the sofa bed beforehand, had to sort ourselves.

Marta was such a lovely host, she was so kind and thoughtful. She let me into the apartment early and also let me check out later as I had an evening flight. I know I got lucky as if she had someone in the apartment on my arrival and departure day this wouldn't have been possible but it was still very kind of Marta to allow me to do this. The apartment is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. It's very comfortable, though for me the plastic chairs at the table were not - this is a personal preference and wouldn't stop me from staying again, I was happy out sitting on the bed. Handsoap, shower gel, toilet roll, washing up liquid and towels provided. Very close to public transport. Tip for future guests re the out door shutters in chill out apartment. You can adjust them by pushing the white box out and then pulling and releasing. Don't hesitate to contact Marta about this and she will send you a video. I slept the first night with them like this in the photo but light was coming in so dont make the mistake I did please contact Marta. I had an issue with one of them and she brought her son out to fix it. My photos are not great as they are screen grabs from a video but it gives you an idea.

At first I didn't like the noise of the front door beeping but you get used to the sound and I had no issues after the first couple of hours once I got used to it. The following are very minor and wouldn't stop me from booking again: The sponge for the dishes needs to be replaced as is old and also the 2 small plates are chipped and cracked and should be replaced. Like I said all very minor and there is nothing not to like about this apartment, it's pretty perfect.

The room was very bright, new, clean, spacious and colorful, with very big windos, and a very nice and clean bathroom and a big shower! The bed was comfortable and there was a cute kitchen and a tv with Netflix included. I enjoyed the very technological and safe way in which you can access the room and the building, through various codes that you will receive after checking in. Also Marta is very professional and will help you with whatever you need.

The room was very close with other 2 rooms, it was like an apartment with 3 rooms in it, so there was not much privacy (but there was a lot of silence anyways, that was not a problem) and the floor was squeaky, you could hear loud noises while walking on it and it can definitely wake someone up from sleeping.
