BERTA - 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths

Unfortunately we didn't like anything and we left within 15 minutes and paid for another place to stay. I am still trying to get a refund.

Before we arrived we were warned about making noise as the neighbours would call the police. There were broken windows in the building. The property has not been cleaned. There were used towels in the bathroom and food in the refrigerator. The house hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. We decided within a few minutes that we needed to find a different place to stay.

De ruimte. Erg ruim appartement voor een groep van ongeveer 10 personen.

Helaas geen airco aanwezig. Eén badkamerdeur had geen slot. Daarnaast kregen we ook vantevoren veel waarschuwingen dat we stil moesten zijn, omdat de buren snel klagen. Hier hebben wij zelf geen last van gehad, zolang je een normaal geluidsniveau aanhoud is dit dus geen probleem.

De keuken was goed uitgerust met genoeg servies en keukengerei. Het appartement was comfortabel en groot, met genoeg ruimte voor 11 personen. Het appartement ligt daarnaast dicht bij 2 metro stations, waardoor de binnenstad makkelijk bereikbaar is. De host antwoordde snel met antwoorden en gaf een hoop leuke informatie over eetgelegenheden en andere tips in de stad.

Great property in a great location

Has a very grumpy neighbour so will complain about any form of noise even if it isn’t coming from the property

Nice layout, well-equipped kitchen, large apartment with ample space. The whole apartment was very clean, the beds / mattresses were comfortable, the hot water worked well. The host was responsive and also sent useful information in advance.

One of the bathrooms/showers smelled a lot from the drain.

The apartment is huge, there are a lot of sleeping places and the 3 bathrooms are great. The host was super friendly and the information we got was clear. Finding and entering the apartment was easy. The locations is very good.

The biggest issue we had was that there were cockroaches in the apartment. The first night we killed 2 large ones and thought it was a coincidence. Unfortunately, on both the other nights of our stay there were another 4 and 3 cockroaches that we found after arriving home and turning on the light. The air was a bit stuffy until we opened all the windows, and there is some street noise in the night during the weekend. We reported everything to the host so we hope the cockroach issue will be resolved for future guests quickly.
