GBExtremely unprofessional, rude staff, threatening to sue us after bringing up issues with them. For example, oven broke, bath broke, heating wouldn’t work, awful wifi. Shame because such a lovely place and location and we absolutely loved our stay, unfortunately the staff ruined it for us
