The house was pretty spaicous the rooms were very big and the AC worked perfectly and the Owner was very polite and responded quick.

First of all from the get go there was a problem with Overbooking so we were given a different home than the one we rented, that in itself is no problems but there were a lot of problems on the house from the get go,the keys, it appears there is a misscomunication between the home owner and the staff responsible, as soon we got to the house the house was dirty, the floor was disgusting and there were a lot of stuff that were broken such as lamps and almost every door handle, inside the wardrobes there was dirty bedsheets and pillows, in the living room there were Towels drying in racks, In general it didnt appear that the house was cleaned in the slightest, On the kitchen the oven didn't work, the fridge smelled Terribly and was unusable as soon as it was opened we needed to air the entire house, such as the frezzer with stains of I dont know what, On the cabinets there were open packets of food, The Tv remotes had no batteries wich is a first for me.

We have a Pleasure Stay. And we get exactly what was described on the site, The check in was online and fast

The location, The fact that it had a (small) kitchen. The heat (December) The owner responds to messages via Booking more easily than on the phone. I do not compare with other properties, for the price paid it was ok-ish.

It is an old apartment with modernizations here and there. The bathroom, although renovated and washed, smells terrible. Beds creak at every movement. Not clean enough for accommodation with children. The parking space is not at the property, and although it is discussed, the people there do their best not to get it for free. It doesn't seem to be the fault of the owner, but the combinations of those at the respective hotel.

This appartmant was situated in very good place

A lot of stuffs were dirty or broken. Was not cleaned in a time of arrival. The mahager was not even so friendly, to say Sorry, just said we have a lot of work on weekend.
