I was very disappointed with my stay at Cedar Inn. The property made a lot of promises in its advertisements that were not met. While they claimed to provide complimentary teas, only empty boxes were available—no actual tea inside. Our group of five checked in, but there were only four towels and four blankets provided. When I asked for extras, the hospitality staff simply told me to “adjust,” which was very unhelpful. Additional issues included the absence of face towels and bathroom mats, a clogged bathroom, and broken dining chairs. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and felt poorly managed. I would not recommend Cedar Inn unless these issues are addressed.

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Era una zona tranquila.

La cama es super dura, ya que el colchón en realidad es una colchoneta super fina que hace que se te claven las tablas de madera que hay en la estructura de la cama, por lo que tuve que poner una manta doblada encima de la sabana bajera ya que sino no podía dormir por el dolor. Aún así, podía sentir las tablas si me daba la vuelta. Además, la funda nordica era fina y muy corta, asi que no tapaba mucho, y tuve que usar una manta extra.

Fortunately, my reservation was only for one night, so we did not have to endure these conditions for a longer period of time, especially while traveling with two minor children.

The bed linen was not changed after the previous guests, or possibly not for a long time — I found a lot of hair on it. Everything is very worn out and poorly maintained: the pillows and the mattress are old and damaged. The bathroom is dirty — the mirror is covered with water stains, there is mold, hair everywhere, and the drain is clogged, so the shower quickly turns into a small bathtub. The photos do not reflect reality at all; they were clearly taken a long time ago. The building is old, but it could at least be clean and properly maintained, even if the furniture and facilities are outdated. The windows are not airtight, so you can feel cold air and drafts coming in from outside. The location is very noisy — there are many people drinking and playing loud music in front of the building until late at night.

Check-in instructions were clear. Good kitchen facilities. Location. Comfortable bed.

Outdated facilities and overall condition of the room. Can be very noisy due to neighbors or from outside. Someone's forgotten personal belongings in the closet.
