Green Thea Apartment / Free Parking

The appartment is in a good location and it's nice that you can have your car in the city. You're close to Metro 1 and the trams, so it's easy to get around (also without the car). The air-condition worked well and the appartment is well furnished and has lots of stuff for cooking etc., and is also very spacious. It has roller shutters so you can make it really dark when sleeping. Next time I visit Budapest I'll stay here again.

location vintage molto accogliente e rilassante, complice il particolare contesto abitativo in stile "ballatoio unico" milanese. appartamentino ricavato probabilmente da altro più grande dotato, però, di ogni minimo confort oggigiorno necessario; zona incredibilmente silenziosa! mediamente distante da ogni altra zona d'interesse della città ed, in particolare, dal centro storico, anche senza utilizzare la rete di trasporti pubblici, per quanto un po' meno organizzati rispetto a Vienna, ma pur sempre efficienti. grandissimo valore aggiunto è la possibilità di parcheggiare la propria auto all'interno del cortile senza sovraprezzo, tenuto conto che nei giorni feriali il parcheggio in strada è libero solo in orario 19\07, anche se il controllo del passo carraio avviene solo via WhatsApp con i gestori dell'abitazione e, comunque, non oltre una certa ora. originale (per noi) quanto diffusissimo (nelle zone turistiche est-Europee) sistema di accesso tramite chiave digitale su tre livelli: portone condominiale, scale ed appartamento! personale assolutamente discreto, mai visto, ma sempre prontamente presente tramite WhatsApp...

bagno (ahimè) privo di bidet, come del resto in quasi tutta Europa, ed anche un po' troppo angusto - ma migliorabile, soprattutto nella gestione dell'aerazione - decisamente scarsa - che costringe a qualche piccolo sacrificio adattativo, e nella separazione del vano doccia, per il quale l'attuale tendina risulta veramente poco utile...

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, in the city center. What is positive and very important for a city like Budapest is that there is a secured parking space in case you come by car. The parking lot is closed and secured. The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the metro station, and bus and tram stations are also nearby. It is very easy to travel anywhere in the city. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need while staying in it. The area where it is located is quiet and great for vacation. The owner is available all the time, at any moment you can ask and ask for anything and she will help. Excellent instructions for getting to the facility and entering it.

Everything was good, communication went smoothly. Location is good, you can walk everywhere, and free parking is a great bonus! Apartment was well equipped and comfy, heating was using the A/C but it was more than enough.
