Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment In Terez Boulevard.

Для семерых человек достаточно неплохая квартира на 2-3 дня. Было чисто при въезде, кровати удобные. Хотел бы отметить малое количество соседей, что не вызывает дискомфорт во время проживания.

Начать бы хотел с главного минуса во время нашего проживания в квартире - это сломанная стиральная машина (мы с друзьями там находились 7 дней); дальше стоит отметить переменно работающую плиту на кухне, которая почему-то через какой-то промежуток времени использования просто выключалась и приходилось идти к элеткро-щитку и переключать рычаг. Также, одним из значительных минусов можно назвать сломанный диван :D. Нас заежало 7 человек и по счастливой случайности (в объявлении об этом не было сказано) в гостиной просто лежал матрас на котором помещалось 2 человека. Ещё хотел бы сказать пару слов о владельце: когда мы обнаружили все эти минусы перечисленные мною выше, то я соответственно потребовал небольшую компенсацию (25 евро). Где-то неделю мне говорили что скоро придут деньги. В итоге, пришлось написать в поддержку букинга (за что им большое спасибо) и уже компенсировали доставленный нам дискомфорт.

Podría decir que no me gustó que mi cama al movernos sonaba mucho, no somos quisquillosos así que pudimos dormir bien jaja las demás camas genial Y otro contra que nunca pudimos poner la lavadora( no se si estaba dañada o no supimos ponerlo)

Due rampe molto lunghe di scale senza ascensore. Uno dei due vetri della porta di ingresso non è oscurata da tenda.

Wszytko super, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Duży plus za klimatyzację. Bardzo polecam

I appreciated the communication with the host, the convenient location, and the fact that I had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The nice lady near.

The facilities inside had some issues. The kitchen table was very small for six people. When six people used the shower, water splashed everywhere because the door was not properly sealed. There was quite a bit of dirt on the floor. Additionally, the towels had a strong odor after their first use. There was an issue with the electric hob: whenever we used the stove and the air conditioner at the same time, the fuse jumped off the panel. The sofa in the kitchen was broken — when some of us tried to sit on it, it collapsed. The location claims to accommodate 8 people, but honestly, it was comfortable for only 6.

Not suitable for daily living due to serious electrical issues. There is a major problem with the electrical system: the circuit breaker trips constantly when cooking or using a hair dryer. For me, this meant having to reset the breaker 5 to 10 times for just one meal — extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Apparently, this is a known issue, but the landlord says it’s expensive and time-consuming to fix — so it remains unresolved. I honestly don’t feel this place is safe or suitable for rental as it cannot handle normal household appliances without overloading the system. If you plan to cook or use basic electrical devices, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere until this is properly fixed. (Fusebox is quite high, can't easily be reach neither)
