You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A prepayment deposit via PayPal is required within 36 hours after the booking was made to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions. Please note that an additional fee of EUR 30 applies for check-in between 20:00 and 22:00. Between 22:00 and 24:00 a fee of EUR 50 applies. Between 24:00 and 06:00 guests must pay EUR 75 in case of late arrival. Late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. PLEASE NOTE: In case you do NOT communicate your time of arrival, or inform us of any flight delays you will need to pay your greeter €10 per hour that they have been waiting, or €5 per every half hour to compensate them for the time they have been waiting for you. "Great apartment in an unbeatable location""

Great location—close to all major attractions and very easy to get around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was as expected. Kate, the lady we communicated with, was very nice and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

One small issue: the clean spare bed linen for the sofa bed was placed together with what seemed like used or spare covers, which made it a bit hard to find and not very pleasant. Also, it would be even better with a bit more toilet paper provided.

The apartment & location is excellent. A central location & walking distance to most tourist attractions & opposite the metro if you want to go further.

The pillows on the bed were awful & only provided pillow cases for x2 on the bed.

"Worth it's money but..."

Central location and big apartment. Kate was wonderful upon check in. The apt was big and comfortable although the entrance and corridor reminded us a ruined house.The apt and bed linen could have been cleaner, also the couch beds.The mattress and pillows were not good. Very thin and gave you back pain.The pull out beds had very thin mattresses.overal, it was good for the rate we paid for 5 people and we would go again.

"Good base apartment to explore the city"

Beautiful classic design, spacious and well equipped.

Squeaky floors, street can be a little loud sometimes, one of the bedrooms doesn't have air conditioning.

"Very clean and modern in the heart of Budapest! Book now!"

Modern and very clean property. In the heart of Budapest within walking distance to most sites you want to visit. Kate was there waiting for us to give us the keys and went over everything we needed to know. Also the communication with the property management team was clear and responsive once we booked. If I ever go back to Budapest I will definitely stay here again.
