A wonderful apartment with a very convenient location. The owner is friendly and I have only pleasant memories of communicating with him. The room is clean and comfortable. Ideal for a couple or a company of two. We will definitely come back again.

Niestety po przyjeździe zauważyłam że pościel jest niezmieniona poprosiłam o jej zmianę. Gospodarz stwierdził że jest wymieniona tylko nie wyprasowana i dlatego tak wygląda, ja niestety miałam inne wrażanie i kategorycznie poprosiłam o świeżą pościel. Po jakimś czasie Pani przywiozła pościel, podziękowałam i powiedziałam że wymienię już sobie sama, że to nie kłopot. Byłam z córką, obie byłyśmy zmęczone i nie bardzo miałam ochotę by jeszcze ktoś obcy się kręcił. Pani zostawiła pościel i wyszła. Okazało się że przywieziona pościel owszem była czysta (i nie pognieciona więc chyba wyprasowana) ale ku mojemu zdziwieniu z dziurą i zepsutym zamkiem w poszewce na poduszkę. Przynajmniej czysta więc już zostawiłam ale zapisałam o tym gospodarzowi jako uwagę. Na co on odpisał mi smsem że chce wyłudzić pieniądze za pobyt co było dla mnie bardzo uwłaczające! Byłam gotowa poszukać nowego lokum ale nie chciałam dziecku psuć pobytu, Jako dodatek nie działająca kuchenka która po włączeniu wysadzała korki, popsuta półka pod lustrem (zamontowana pod ukosem i nie dało się nic postawić), ekspres owszem i był tylko brak kapsułek i nie bardzo miałam czas szukać ich w sklepach. Te dodatkowe „minusy” jeszcze był „przełknęła” gdyby ktoś po prostu grzecznie wymienił mi pościel nie obrażając mnie przy tym! Na zdjęciu białe prześcieradło i pościel w czarne kwiaty którą zastałyśmy po przyjeździe. Szara pościel to ta która przywieziono nam na zmianę. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Wewnętrzny parking, dobre położenie.

Excellent - really no complaints! This is a very nice place, in a great location for the centre of Lodz, very secure and with everything you'd need suplied. Great communication with the hosts too!

The only thing that might do with tweaking, I think, is the translation of the key pick-up instructions from Polish to English, as these could be clearer - this is a Booking.com issue, rather than a host issue, though - when spoken to, the instructions make perfect sense - the translation of these provided on the Booking.com website are rather ambiguous, so maybe get your translation tech looked at, Booking.com!

I wanted to express my gratitude for our recent two-night stay at your hotel. The location proved to be incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the city effortlessly. Additionally, the separate flat provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

One disadvantage we encountered was the difficulty in locating the key, which was not where the owner had indicated. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't find the key in the designated box, leading us to contact the owner for assistance, even late at night.

Very good location. With the curtains it was very good for sleep at night. Working microwave, electric kettle and coffee express.

Water pressure was really low. The key was placed at a weird location, I felt weird looking for it on a side of the building (is this even legal?) The roof at the upper level is not high enough to stay straight. It was super cold after I arrived. Only after a night of heating it was comfortable to be there. The sheets for sleep were a bit uncomfortable (too narrow)
