Jacuzzi Opera Suite

beautiful apartments with a very good location right in front of the opera, I would like to thank Odі for the wonderful meeting and excellent service, he made the stay in these apartments very comfortable

Location was excellent, apartment was well decorated & pleasant. Bed was comfy. Tv remote wasn't working but was replaced very quickly by the host.

Main fitted aircon was not working so a substitute upright aircon with a tube that needed to be secured out of a window was supplied, this was very noisy & of course with the window open it was struggling with the heat being let in that it then needed to cool. Temporary aircon was so noisy, so not possible to use during the night comfortably. This made the apartment & especially sleeping uncomfortable. There was no freezer or freezer section in the fridge, so not possible to store ice for use. The bathroom was nice but unfortunately not as clean as could be expected with mold on the shower tile & occasional small tile had come loose. Toilet also only on ground floor, so if you needed it in the night, you had to navigate the fancy glass stairs to get to it. Finally, asked for later check out, was informed that should be ok, but were then called by host at checkout time to inform us cleaner was already there, so no extended checkout as i believed we agreed on.

Service left A LOT to be desired, communication was difficult and amenities did not work properly. Would not recommend.

Location is right beside the opera house and just of Andrassy which makes it ideal, Apartment is modern and quite well decorated. The personal bringing the keys was very professional and punctual.

The bed is on a loft level requiring use of steep stairs to go up and down. Not so convenient if one needs to use the bathroom in the night. The apartment is off an external corridor meaning passers-by can look in unless blinds are drawn which makes it too dark, The bathroom is modern but small with a very narrow access to the shower stall Kitchen appliances could be better.

Fantastic location - host was absolutely lovely met me at 1am to hand over the keys in person which was really appreciated. Apartment was great with good amenities and very reasonable price. Will book again next time I’m in Budapest! Thank you!
