Good location

Bad smell in the building. Could use some renovation.

I would point out that communication with the host was great. We got a simple and clear instructions for each of our questions. Location of the apartment is excellent. A garage was available near the apartment. We will definitely book this apartment for our next Budapest trip.

The apartment is located in a phenomenal location near Vaci street. Security and full privacy are guaranteed. There are two toilets and two showers. The heating in the apartment is excellent and you can set the desired temperature yourself. There are two bedrooms where the beds are quite comfortable. Communication with the owner's apartments is fast and excellent. Do not give up on this apartment because of the shortcomings I mentioned, because I am sure that the owner of the apartment will eliminate all the shortcomings as soon as possible. I told the owner of the apartment about the complaints I had. The complaints are minimal and I'm sure they will be fixed quickly. It is necessary to warn the staff who maintain the apartment that hygiene could be better. It is necessary to renew the kitchen assortment (glasses and cups) and provide salt and sugar. It is necessary to lubricate all the doors in the apartment so that the doors do not creak. The kitchen is part of the living room, and the bed mechanism in the living room needs to be repaired.

Location and size of the apartment are perfect. Furniture is on good shape. Rooms are big with tall ceilings. Host is friendly, cooperative and willing to help.

Hygiene could be better. It was clean but I expected more. Pillows are all huge. For some people is OK but there is no shoice. My neck hurts.

It was mentioned in the beginning that the parking is included, this is why we chose this location. After we arrived there, we found out that there is a parking spot BUT for 25 euro/ day. - so it is not included in the initial price. I would change this, either add it to to the price in the begging or mention before. It becomes annoying.

Best situated apartment in Budapest, in center, many stores, caffe's in the street. Big, very well equiped, in the heart of the town.

Host is not too much helpful and the apartment can be little bit cleaner, bathroom for example.

The rooms were very spacious and properly clean , the location is awesome , it's in the middle of city centre
