Amphora Luxury Apartment with FREE private Parking and cozy Balcony

The owner is nice, the accommodation is nice and has great potential.

but it was not cleaned. (There were old food in the fridge, the floor was not washed, the children's chair was dirty, the bathtub was not washed - hair, there were stains on the decorative pillows. We were unpleasantly surprised, because it is a great location, nice apartment with garage and if it was clean it would be great. *We wanted to take out our trash, but we couldn't find a trash can.

Very nice and spacious apartment, clean and tidy, fast internet, nice terrace, nice area near the metro, shops, etc. The only downside is the comfort of the sofa bed in the living room. I would definitely come here again, the downsides (if there are any) are significantly less than the pluses.

Recommendation for the owner: explain that the garage door can only be opened manually with buttons on the inside by entering the garage through the building. This is not particularly complicated, especially if you are not alone in the car. (Although the garage door opens for a longer period once it is opened, so I could use the garage this way myself.)

Free parking in the garage. Proximity to public transport. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

The apartment is in a good location, but I was facing with some problems, there wasn’t a parking remote, and I had to open gates manually. The fridge wasn’t being closed and there was a lot of ice and I couldn’t store my ice cream. There were cockroaches in apartment. And the hoster didn’t solve this problems.

In general, the apartment could have been nice, but it wasn't. The small room was acceptable.

There was dust everywhere, alot of long black hair all over the place, the shower curtain has a small which could barely be suported, the sofa bed very unconfortable. The bed linen old and decolorated. The kitchen furnitures door brooken. The refrigerator dirty. No garage remote, and they told me the prevous renter lost it, but turns out it was a lie and others were told the same. We called for the garage door to be opened by the host, but no answer. All in all, a bad experience, far too expensive and far to be a "luxury".

The apartment is new, clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, a nice balcony and the biggest bonus for us, a parking space in the garage. The whole building is new and clean, close to the metro, supermarkets around the corner. We recommend it!

When we arrived in front of the garage some half an hour before check-in time, there was no key to get in like in the instructions we got. We couldn't reach the host trough WhatsApp or Booking so we had to call them directly. Turns out the previous guests lost the garage key, so the host opened the garage for us, no problem. When we entered the apartment around 14:45, we got a surprise. Clothes, cosmetics, trash, all around. We called the host again (keep in mind we were in roaming so it was pricey for us to do so), and she apologized and called her cleaning lady to check. Turns out, the cleaning lady got held back at another place cleaning for much longer and was just getting to our booking to clean it. We had reservations so we left our suitcases and bags in a corner and came back a few hours later. Everything was spotless and very clean. We understand things happen and we don't blame the host, but not being able to reach them online and our room being a mess at our check-in time was a surprise. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and we recommend this place!

Good host, good location, clean and well equipped. New building and private parking. Self check-in was easy, and the owner is willing to move check-in/check-out if it's possible.

When we got there the heating was off, so it took some time to heat up the place. Not good in the winter period. Small radiators.
