close to public transport and nice cafes, price was good, enough equipment.

it wasn't as clean as it should be. it was in a very loud place. Air conditioning didn't work.

Amazing location, cafe and restorants around, river in 10 minutes walk, bus 100e to airport in 17 min walk, 10 min to Central market. Everything what I needed I have in apartment.Highly recommend
