Great location, surrounded by all kinds of shops like bakery, butcher, wineshop, Lidl. Comfortable bed. Fitted kitchen with fridge. Easy checking with keybox. Clear instructions. Long term parking is expensive in the centre, so we parked at P+R just 3 stations from the location, approximately 10 minutes by metro.

Main drawback was extremely small shower and tiny sink, but we managed. All clean. The building is bit derelict and entrance is dirty, but once you're in the room, it's OK.

It was a lovely apartment

A bit of the bed frame was broken, but nothing to concern about

Nothing, it was awful

1) One courtesy set of tablecloths for two guestes 2) No toilet paper 3) No bathroom products such as shower gel or shampoo 4) The sheets were really dirty and stained 5) Cobwebs in the house 6) The toilet drain blocked at every push 7) Dirty shower 8) Dirty dishes and cutlery 9) Disastrous palace entrance, mousetraps everywhere 10) The landlord did not respond to messages 11) We should have received information by email on how to check in before arriving at the house, and instead we were forced to call the owner of the house on the phone as he had probably forgotten that someone had rented the apartment We were forced to ask for a refund from booking to change accommodation.

I first thought that the apartment includes 2 different rooms when I rented it, but it turns out that the opposite room was separated for another customers to rent. So, I accidentally pushed into the room without knowing that it was occupied by other travelers , and saw the most embarrassing thing. Please next time, let me know ahead as well. It is my fault to push in, but it would be nice to know ahead. Another thing is the bathroom, it was not good. The shower was cracked that the water splashed out of it all over the floor. The water closet needs to be fixed as the flushing button was stuck.

Good location, easy no contact entry, good AC.

Basicly a windowless hole in the wall, with just a little but if smell. Plus toilet pump had a mind on its own starting loudly sometimes. ( the fact it has such a device is a minus actually)

Central location, Public transport very close

The bed is a disaster. I have booked dozens of accommodations through Booking and I rarely comment negatively, but the bed is missing at least 3 boards-slats, and some are broken. We slept half in the hole. The water pump for the toilet bowl is very very loud and beeps every few minutes. All night. There is an ashtray on the outer part of the windowsill where the neighbors smoke. Noise all night. A disaster. And an extremely unresponsive owner. I waited 2 months for the first response via booking. Avoid if possible.

Only location

A lot specialy the TV didnt mention when i was booking that the TV already broken and also the toilet something problem. .and when we not yet awake in the morning the electricity blow up almost 2 and half hours and until we check out my wife didnt take shower because no any hair blower.

On the plus side was the location of the apartment, it was close to the center and there were supermarkets within walking distance. If you stay for a day / two days, ok, but not more.

I didn't like that when we arrived, the toilet in the room was clogged and not working at all. It was very inconvenient because we couldn't use the toilet at all. It was good that the owner came the next day and fixed the issue, but it was unpleasant that we weren't informed beforehand or asked if it was okay to come in and repair the toilet. After all, our belongings were there. Additionally, the soundproofing is very poor. We could hear every time people entered the courtyard and slammed the door.
