1. The 1st day of my arrival I had to wait outside the main entrance of the building and there was no access to the main door, for which I was prepared as I had seen the reviews, that I would have to wait for someone to open the door. After I managed to enter the building and reached the 2nd floor I went to the door and I put the code on the safe box to get the keys but it was very difficult to open it and I had to call the owner and ask him what to do. 2. They mentioned that they had an A/C that actually was a fan with cold air but not properly installed and the apartment was extremely hot the first day of my arrival. Thank God the temperature decreased the following days and I was able to sleep from the 3rd day of my stay. 3. There was no light on the common area of the 2nd floor of the building and the night I was arriving at the apartment I had the impression that I was on a terror film and I had to use the torch of my phone so I will be able to see. 4. I would never going to this building again and would never recommend it, even the apartment was renovated and clean.

Nice and spacious apartment on very good location, most of the things you want to see are within walking distance. Very clean, kitchen fully equipped even for a long stay. Big bathroom. Clear key pick-up instructions for self check-in. Good value for money.

Entering the building on check-in was difficult, the main building door is closed, so you have to wait for someone to open it for you. TV is missing, though we did not need it at all. The apartment is a bit difficult to cool, espacially since the bed is on the gallery.

mezzanine bed up a v steep ladder, quite precarious to get up and down. You cannot stand up fully on the mezzanine as you will bang your head. Really dusty soft furnishings.

The apartment is nicely renovated and located in a good area of town. It feels spacious and exploring the city from this place is very easy.

We got a good explanation of how to collect our keys and how to get in the apartment. Unfortunately, this did not include the front door, which we couldn't open because we didn't have the key for it. Only after calling the host, he promised us to send someone by as soon as possible or else we should go into the building if someone came outside and opened the door for us. This was incredibly inconvenient and expensive as calling in foreign countries is not included in our cell plan. Furthermore there was no TV in the apartment. This was different in the description.

Everything was very good, but I would like to name the support of the host every time we needed something. Additionally the location is very good and central, and we could easily move during the day.

The heater was not working during our stay, even tough the room was not to much cold. We tried to turn it on, but even with the help and instructions of the host it was not possible.
