Balmis Plaza Apartments

Idealne mieszkanie na krótki i dłuższy pobyt. Lokalizacja praktycznie w samym centrum, wszystko było na wyciągnięcie ręki. Apartament bardzo czysty, ładnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony (pralka, zmywarka, toster, żelazko, mikrofalówka itd.). Sprawnie działające Wi-Fi. Mieszkanie przede wszystkim duże i przestronne. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt. Gorąco polecam !!!!!

The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of everywhere, minutes from the sea front and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The tram station is less than a ten minute walk away and the railway station not much further. We were on the second floor with balconies over the square which is busy but not too intrusive. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. There was a problem with our washing machine when we arrived but Xavi arranged for this to be rectified the next day. Xavi is an excellent host with superb, friendly communication. The check in was very easy with full details sent to us the day before we arrived. The room was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking but we ate out for every meal. There is a smart tv which had all the usual apps installed as well as other channels. We would happily return and have no hesitation in recommending the apartments.

The sofa could have been better but it is a sofa bed and I have never found one which is as comfortable as a regular sofa.

Xavi our host is very helpful and answers any questions very quickly, even over a weekend. This is our 4th time staying in the Balmis apartments, so we know what to expect. Each of the loft apartments are face out to the plaza with three small balconies on that side and one off the bedroom area facing the side of the building. They are all decorated pretty much the same! The location is ideal, easy walking to restaurants and the beach. It is a city location so can be busy but the plaza is not really a tourist place, mostly the restaurant and bars are used by residents

Excellent location, high standard of decor and facilities. Spacious apartment. Very comfortable stay. Everything you need is included. Great communication from Xavi.

The location is great, very central to everything surrounding, the only downside to it is the bar down below can have massive crowds of people until 3:30 am if not later, causing mass of noise coming inside the apartment.

The noise coming from below apartment, I know it’s not the apartments fault but just something to be wary of.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Alicante. Top Lage, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gibt nichts auszusetzen. Jederzeit gerne wieder 👌😉

The location in the city was excellent—situated in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. As many reviews mention, there is some street noise. We were traveling with a baby, and it wasn’t a problem for her, but if it were, I would recommend using white noise to help block out sounds from outside—it really works. The owner warned us a couple of times about the noise, so you know what to expect in advance. The apartment is very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need (salt, spices, beach towels, water, even local beer in the fridge, tea, and sugar). They clearly put effort into anticipating guests’ needs. The furnishings are very nice, and the balconies are definitely the highlight. There’s also an elevator in the building, which made things much easier with a stroller.

Noise, but we were warned about it in advance.
