All amazing

Close to the beach…

Upon entering the apartment, the first impression was good, equipped with the necessary to stay in it. But, paying attention to the details, you discover that it has many signs of wear and tear, dirty walls, damaged flooring, the bathroom door that falls every time you want to close it, a refrigerator that leaks water from the freezer, a boiler that does not work and does not you have hot water, it's good that it was hot and maybe I didn't feel the need, the washing machine was broken, I put the towels in the wash and the detergent but in the end it didn't start. Plus noise from the fact that the windows are not soundproof. Location is quite Ok but still needs a repair...

the property was clean and for the price with the location was amazing, it was a pleasant stay.

Location excellent and staff very friendly

It was not clean as expected, everything is quite outdated, bathroom door destroyed and no possibility to lock it. Something we were surprised about is that the washing machine was on the balcony and we felt uncomfortable switching it on on a rainy day as it could rain on it and electricity and water don’t go well together.. ah and the spinning option doesn’t work, we actually felt it didn’t wash properly either. One more thing we were surprised about is that despite the fact it is listed amongst the available property facilities, in the end we found out that there was no feeding high chair for our baby and they wanted to charge us for one (it should be free as it is listed that only cot is extra paid). We ended up buying one and we left it in the flat, informing the agency we “donated” this high chair so that the future baby guests could use it for free. I am sure they will respect this and won’t charge you for the feeding high chair if you need it for your baby ;)

Everything was as described , I disagree with previous reviews about the shower being to small , we found the shower to be a reasonable size and no problem at all . The location was great a short walk to a very nice beach , and the town made a pleasant evening stroll.

The change over was a little awkward as the lady with the keys spoke very little english and our spanish is very poor but the lady was very pleasant and we managed to understand the necessary points . A folder with with local information and recommendations would be a very good addition. The property looks very tired in places and could do with a modest redecoration
