The apartment is well appointed, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean in a quiet neighbourhood on the northern end of Playa San Juan and just under a kilometre from Costa Blanca Metro Station and the promenade/ beach.

There is construction of a new apartment block opposite which some may find a problem but did not disturb our stay.

The apartment was easily accessible by an elevator (4th floor) overseeing the central pool. It was clean, nicely furnished, with all accessories and equipment a common apartment for living in should have - washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, plenty of dishes, basic cooking ingrediences, toys for kids, sunbrella (apart from obvious stuff). Ana - lady who we communicated with - was really helpful and kind, concerned about our wellbeing from the start.

I missed swimming in the pool - for one it is not heated and in October the water was quite cold, and for second the shape of the pool is for playing rather then any distance swimming. but this is a minor thing. Everything else was positive.
