Apartment Cavour 68

Appartement impeccable, très propre et bien équipé, situé au cœur du quartier Marina. Tout est accessible à pied (restaurants, commerces, gare, port) et pourtant l’endroit reste calme. L’accueil du propriétaire a été exceptionnel : disponible, attentionné et de très bons conseils. Un séjour parfait, je recommande vivement !

Location was good.

The shower doesn’t drain well and can easily flood. The kitchen is very basic. The noise outside was very loud until midnight and early morning. The light in the bathroom when turned on lights up the bedroom at night due to an architectural feature and is annoying if you are a restless sleeper.

The apartment has everything we needed for our stay and it was very central (10 min walk to the train station and 30 mim by walk+bus to the beach). Restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this apartment!

Réservation easy to confirm however much insistance on providing passport or would not provide address. (Hotel already paid via Booking). Central location. Appartement was spacious and clean.

Please 🙏. Parking and television are false. The entire area is a ZTC -you cannot park there. The appartement is on the first floor, up some very steep stairs. The television did not work. I managed to fix the TV only to learn that the remote control was a universal remote incompatible with the TV. (Beware as TV fraud is rampant in Italy - you arriving and only have the TV but not channels because they don't pay. It's a pity that there was not even some basics to cook with (pepper, oil, vinegar, bowls, larger cutting board).

Everything was as expected. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location on vibrant Via Cavour close to bus, train, shops and many bars and restaurants (including a very good one downstairs!). The bathroom is very spacious and modern. The kitchen is ok for a short stay. The living room and bedroom are both air conditioned which is great. The windows are double glazed.

The apartment is perfect for a short stay so if that is that is your aim no need to read further. We were staying for a week and were disappointed by the absence of the (advertised) washing machine. The kitchen lacks some basic items that would make preparing meal easier. Otherwise all good!
