Spectrum Hub beach side Studio Apartment - Candolim - Goa

Great little apartment two minutes from sea and all the bars ...comes with a hotplate toaster kettle and fridge. Internet is good for film streaming and manager very helpful. We will be back for longer next time ☺️

Gary was a fantastic host, always welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, super close to everything we needed, beach, shops and restaurants within a few minute walk. The property was nice with great cleaning service when needed. Cosy area with friendly people. It was much better than expected.

There was a temple very close that played very high music/singing and popped crackers and fireworks some evenings. We wasn’t sure in the beginning what the loud bangs came from so it was pretty unsettling. But don’t worry about them if you stay at spectrum hub! This could go on for a few hours until around 11pm. We didn’t really mind considering all the other positive aspects of our stay.

Was seaside was just 5mins walk down. Was close to all the main shops,pubs,cafes ,restaurant and had live entertainment and spoilt for choice.

Excellent host, Gary was extremely helpful, sorting out taxi’s, recommending restaurants for us that were excellent. The property was very near to the beach, it had comfortable beds and good A/C.

there were dogs barking throughout the night, which we knew beforehand so it would be advisable to bring ear plugs.

Pros: The location was very nice..it was close to the main road as well as to the beach. The bed was also very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. Air conditioning worked well.

Cons: Very bad wifi which did not allow me to work. We could tell a deep cleaning had not been done before our arrival. Dogs will bark and run up and down the corridor at night. Shower did not have a ledge, just a drain in the floor on the other end of the bathroom

Ganesh as a host was super welcoming and generous. Would definitely recommend for people who are looking for budget stays right near candolim beach.

The host is really amazing and I also wanted the room for a few extra hours and Ganesh made that happen. He was very understanding with his customers. The beds are comfortable and clean. Ganesh was also available whenever I wanted any help. He also checked with me if I wanted a cab to reach the airport/station on time. The property is also very close to the beach which could be seen from the common area. Overall, it was amazing.
