Sorry do not like to make negative comments but this was meant to be a treat before leaving daughter for uni. Nothing Splendid about apartment. Air conditioners either too cool in front room or not effective in main room. Second room boiling and no airflow No window in bedroom 2 Arrived and flat was unbearably hot No instruction to say that air conditioner controls work both units Kitchen poorly equipped - booked for 5 only 4 plates etc, no salad bowl, no serving plate, nothing to microwave food in, or store food in fridge could not make dishwasher work, could not make stove top work People choose flat rather than hotel because they want to eat at home Plastic mattress protector, acrylic donna cover, squeaky bed frame - everytime you turn over at night you wake second person in bed because of squeaky bed frame.

The location is good.

There were many small things that could be changed, to make this a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and squeaked with the slightest movement. The linen was old, dirty and gross. There weren't enough blankets for each bed and the sofa bed. The sheets didn't fit the bed so they slid off. There is just one small mirror in the bathroom, and it was inconvenient only having a single key to access the apartment. The bowls had macaroni and cheese stuck to them so we had to wash them before use, and the floor under the lounge was dirty. The most disappointing element was safety, the dining chairs were unstable for children to sit on and slipped on the floor. There is a door hinge in the bedroom that is sharp, and juts out from the wall. It's dangerous. One bedroom has its own split system and blows freezing cold, and the other bedroom has no window or airflow at all. The hallway outside is close to the temperature of the sun so it's difficult to regulate temperature in the apartment.

Needed bath mat, hand towels and wash cloths. Pillows were very sub standard

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The place was very clean, and the location was perfect.

The cleanliness of the property and it has everything we needed for our stay. The location was also great! It’s near the shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating.
