Great location, close to main street and village of Sawtell. Easy to gain access to apartment. It was private and very quiet. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The old reception area is dusty and full of old books and uncollected mail. The corridors smelt of stale ciagrette smoke also. No wifi was difficult as phone recpetion was poor, so limited connections where available whilst staying there. Hot water ran our quickly.

Location was perfect for our stay, v close to town centre. Quiet area despite being on main road. Unit was fine for our needs, bathroom and general area was clean on arrival

This is a great unit for up to 6 people - very well located. I love most things about number 9 Coasters Sawtell

Its a bit pricey - basically $300+ per night for my daughter and I. Sawtell must becoming the new trendy 'North Shore' of Coffs Area. Despite being a lovely spacious unit it was not worth the price.

The location

The second bedroom had no door and tge wall between it and the lounge was only three quarter height. The bathroom tiles leaked and the floor was constantly wet. Being told to empty our rubbish bin. All the crockery is mismatched and shabby. The last bed is in the lounge. There is no air conditioning or wifi.

The cleanliness wasn’t that great and the price was also not the best value for what we paid. $250 per night was very steep for the accommodation we got. One of our main concerns was the lack of safety of the electricity. The property is not compliant in regards to having safety switches and having traveled with a young family this was something my electrician husband was not impressed with. This is something you need to address. The second ‘bedroom’ with the two single beds was merely a space separated from the main lounge area by a wardrobe. Let’s just call this a nook where the two single beds were. The bathroom had a washer and dryer which was really convenient (as was the washing powder supplied) however the large cavity that looked up to the skylight was absolutely covered in mould. The shower screen was also all cloudy and covered in soap scum. The kitchen was tidy but we didn’t make anything except for coffee on the stove and used the toaster. The power switch for the stove was also very dodgy so beware. The hallway also reeked of cigarette smoke despite the room being smoke free. This may be from the permanent residents apartments and unavoidable but it is worth mentioning. Overall, the photos look 100 times better than reality and I don’t think we will stay again.

Close to restaurants and beach.

Dirty glasses, musty and leaking shower.

The location and the size of the apartment were great..

The hallway needs a good clean, and the play room needs a good clean and update.
